ERSATZTEILLAGER / FLORINA LEINß

Florina Leinß' "Ersatzteillager" is a collection of forms and object. It contains a graphic vocabulary, which again and again is the starting point for further paintings or room-filling works. As an abstract contemplation on the built world of things inspired by found objects and technical fragments of all kinds, forms are detached from their context and can be experienced as a visual experience. The book contains 16 series of evolutionarily developing forms. Each graphic can be a further development, an optimisation or replacement part of its predecessor. The book is published in four different variants each with its own cover, so that the order of pages in the book begins with a different series. Each variant is published in an edition of 100 and numbered accordingly (V1 green, V2 yellow, V3 blue-grey, V4 brown).
